Live Portraits with Jason

Back by popular demand, locally based artist Jason Hawkridge returns to Yes! Art to draw your beautiful faces in (E) 17 minutes!

No need to sit for long,  you can have a bespoke A3 portrait to take home in 17 minutes. Jason’s portraits are quirky, and full of character, created in pencil on paper in his distinctive style. Sittings last around 15 mins, with a 2 minute tidy up before signing and handing over.

Jason Hawkridge is an acclaimed painter and printmaker who also hosts regular sketching and drawing classes in Walthamstow and further afield. Please take a look at his insta for more visuals about his style.

Live Portrait sessions are charged separately from event entry. Please also purchase a standard entry ticket for Yes! Art 2026.

All Live Portrait fees go directly to the artists for the work they create for you.

Portraits can be taken away once completed, or collected later in the day so you can keep your hands free for browsing the artist stands and holding a drink!
