Painting for me, is a continuous journey of discovery. Working intuitively with layers of paint, marks, and textures, I respond directly to the ever-changing canvas rather than trying to recreate a specific scene. The natural world is my anchor, but I use an expressive, exploratory approach that takes the finished works far beyond the boundaries of realism. Through bold colour palettes and dynamic mark-making, I aim to capture the feeling of a place rather than its physical form. Each piece is a visual letter, an attempt to translate the joy, movement, and emotional freedom to create an image that is vibrant and immersive. I want my work to pull the viewer in, inviting them to pause, explore the layers, and find their own personal connection within the painting.

Mystery of Love seeks to explore the delicate, fleeting nature of romantic emotion. Soft, sweeping brushstrokes in mahogany, dusty pink, and fresh green float across the canvas, mingling with crisp white to evoke the gentle, lingering memory of cut flowers in a vase. Painted in acrylic prices range from £45 for small paper ones to £2300 for large canvas (120cm+).
