Emma Russell is an illustrator and artist. Her colourful work often incorporates dreamlike imagery, hand-lettering and humour. Previous shows include Secret 7”, E17 Art Trail, London Illustration Fair. When not making, she’s an enthusiastic singer and gardener, and makes weird cabaret theatre with her friends, all of which feed back into her work.

Emma will be bringing some kind of odd little sideshow to Yes! Art, with small original paintings and objects available, alongside prints. Her work is currently still about change, seductive promises, strange entertainments and lies; balancing a desire to believe in magic and the rationality of most daily routines. We are strange animals.
