Andrea G Artz is a multimedia artist whose practice explores humanity’s relationship with the natural world and the cyclical processes of creation, destruction, and regeneration.

Artz completed her MFA at the University of Leeds in 2009, studied for her BA at Hunter College, New York and has been awarded a MacDowell Fellowship and received an ACE Lottery Project Grant.

Her work has been exhibited at Woolwich Print Fair (2025), the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Towner Eastbourne, Coleman Project Space, the University of Leeds, A.P.T. Gallery and Thameside Gallery. Artz's work is held in collections of the Museum of London, the Charles Dickens Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston.

In “Lost in Nebulous Time”, she uses Japanese woodblock printing to create transparent layers of colour, bokashi gradients, and woodgrain texture on Awagami Hosho paper. The work is framed in a bespoke handmade box frame. A more affordable version of the work is available as artist-signed high-quality Giclee Prints.
