Summer Show + Yes! Art Stall Booking
Stall Set Up
Your stall set up will be agreed in advance with all artists and businesses required to share their plans and a risk assessment. There is no parking on site, so you need to arrange delivery of items on the day between 9am and 11am and be set up ready for a health and safety inspection at 11.45am.
1 x stall booking includes either an area with a footprint of 2.5m wide x 1.5m deep or you can choose a wall-based stall with a footprint of 2.5m x 0.75m. Walls can be utilised so long as no drilling and no marks are left. A 6ft table provided if required. Each stall also has enough space for a browser, cradle or easel, as suits you best. If agreed in advance, you are also welcome to bring your own plinths or display stands.
1 x large stand booking includes an area with a footprint of 3m wide x 2.5m deep. Tables available if required. You can utilise the space to suit your business.
