Jason Hawkridge is a full-time professional artist specialising in prints, paintings and interior wall designs. His application of colour is often bold and his innate understanding of subtlety of tone is evident. In his interior design wall designs and paintings he also applies an innate understanding of subtlety of tone creating textural depths and unique atmospheres.
Jason's colourful one of kind prints are made in his studio on his intaglio printing press. A combination of up-cycled, recycled papers and inks used in conjunction with found flat materials in and around Walthamstow's market. The creative process captures the essence of the seasons with colours coupled with texture, shape and form. Each print is unique evolving from one print session to the next.

Jason will also be selling his ‘Sacred Wings’ series; a collection of paintings that explore the combination of sacred geometry coupled with the symmetry of insects. Each geometric shape evolves from the individual insect he is working on at that time with precision and patience key to creating a well-balanced composition for each piece.
